Shipping/Handling is charged on physical items only at the following rate: First physical item is 6.95, each additional item is 2.00.

Virtual items such as E-Tickets are not shipped and will be charged 0.00 shipping. E-Ticket sales are subject to a surcharge of 2.50 per ticket.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES OF DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE ONLY

The Seance Store will exchange defective or damaged BOOK, CD or DVD for the SAME TITLE ONLY. Simply return the defective or damaged item to:
